ABOUT

The Letter is an interactive, horror/drama visual novel inspired by classic Asian horror films. Told through an immersive branching narrative, the game puts the players into the shoes of seven characters as they find themselves falling prey to a vicious curse plaguing the Ermengarde Mansion for centuries.

In this game, your choices will shape and drive the story forward: will you mend a relationship on the verge of collapse, or will you let it fall apart? Will you risk saving them, despite the consequences, or leave them to die a gruesome death? The fate of all the characters is in your hands.

This is without a doubt one of the BEST visual novels I've ever played. I'm not exactly sure how the choices have changed the story as this is my first playthrough, but I can't wait to play through it again making different choices. I simply love the characters and their individual storylines. The 'horror' aspect is fun, but there is so much more to the stories than just that and it's phenomenally immersive. A+ job. I hope the creators come out with other games like this one. Worth every penny.

This game is worth the price. Holy S*** the art style is funominal, not to even mention that the text of character's speaking is voice over. The voice overs is expertly done as well. And the way the story is told is a very fastinising way that work really well. when I download this app i expect it to be like other visual novels, but it went above my expectations. If anyone is thinking of downloading the app I highly encourage you do so, you will not be disappointed.

I've no idea why, but for some reason my original review disappeared. I just wanted to state again how much I LOVE this game. Well worth the money spent for it. Thre free preview really pulls you in and for the price, you really do get a lot of content. Eventually the replay value dies down but it's good for several playthroughs. Every now and then I revisit it just the read it again and enjoy the story and phenomenal voice actinf (except the one scene where Isabella can't say paella lol).
